1. Who we are

This website, mypupagain.com, is operated by MyPupAgain ("we", "us", "our"), 5830 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82609, United States. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Our products

Our products are dog food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information on this site is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian. Follow the feeding guideline for your dog's weight and ask your vet before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, has a known shellfish allergy or has a health condition. Our products are for dogs only. Results vary from dog to dog. Product photos and illustrations are for presentation and may differ slightly from the product you receive.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. We try to show product details and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price is clearly wrong, a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, duties and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, but if your package is lost in transit we will make it right as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and our guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and our refund conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Digital products

Our guides are digital PDF files delivered by email or download link. They are for your personal use only. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them. They contain general information and are not veterinary advice.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to MyPupAgain or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

9. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you allow us to use them, worldwide and free of charge, to promote MyPupAgain. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPupAgain is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and to orders placed while it's in effect.
