Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Your order ships from our warehouse and usually arrives within 5–12 days of your order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, holidays or customs checks.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There's no minimum order.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can also follow your order from your account.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of your order, or your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us at hello@mypupagain.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens if a package is lost.
